Data Deletion
In accordance with the UAE PDPL and Facebook/Meta requirements
You may request the deletion of all personal data collected through our service. We will process your request within 30 days in compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
What data will be deleted?
Following your request, we will delete:
- Your Facebook or Instagram identifier associated with our service
- Your name and profile information
- Your conversation history with our chatbot
- Any other personal data collected via Meta platforms
