24Seven.ai is an AI-powered chatbot solution designed to automate and enhance customer service for e-commerce businesses. We offer customer service automation features, data analytics, and integration with various e-commerce platforms and customer service tools.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

24Seven.ai offers various subscription plans. Details regarding pricing, duration, and payment terms are set out on our pricing page. All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but we will always provide advance notice of any price changes affecting your existing subscription. All charges are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified, and are subject to applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate.

4. Use of Service

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable UAE federal and emirate-level laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal, unauthorised, or fraudulent activities
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Comply with the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 and its amendments) and all related legislation

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to 24Seven.ai, including but not limited to software, algorithms, interfaces, content, logos, and documentation, are the exclusive property of 24Seven.ai or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our explicit written consent.

6. Data Privacy and Compliance

Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

24Seven.ai processes data in compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and any applicable implementing regulations. You remain the owner of your customers' data and are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents for its processing by our service. Where applicable, obligations under the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020) may also apply.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, subject to applicable UAE law.

8. Limitation of Liability

24Seven.ai provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, 24Seven.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon publication on our website. Your continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless the parties agree in writing to refer the dispute to arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

For disputes involving parties subject to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the DIFC Courts shall have jurisdiction as appropriate.

11. Compliance with UAE Regulations

Our service operates in compliance with all applicable UAE federal and emirate-level regulations, including but not limited to:

• UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 on Commercial Companies
• UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrime
• UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020)
• Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) guidelines
